Clint Mansell just announced a couple of days ago that he'll be doing the music for "Black Swan." He'll be creating it out of elements from Tshaikovsky's ballet "Swan Lake," which is the ballet the dancers in the movie are working on.

My favorite forum app, Vanilla, has launched a hosted forum service around their new release. The boards are clean, simple and nice. This Zeta Board is OK, but you have to wade through quite a bit of visual noise to get to the discussions.

It obviously needs a new theme (just the default theme right now) and there's probably a nominal fee to remove the ads, which I don't mind covering, given that it is actually nominal.

An article in today's "Boston Globe" says that David O. Russell is the director of the upcoming "The Fighter." Anybody know what happened? I have to admit, I'm relieved Aronofsky isn't doing this one, especially right after "The Wrestler."

I was browsing Darren's filmography and found Below under his production credits. I haven't seen it but I'm curious now.

Have any of you seen it?
